We understand that women face unique challenges and changes throughout their lives — from adolescence to pregnancy, through perimenopause and beyond. Hormonal changes can affect not just how you feel, but also your oral and skin health, and we believe these issues deserve open discussion and understanding.
Our team is passionate about empowering women through education. These evenings are purely for information and awareness providing you with an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and gain practical advice from professionals who genuinely care. We’ll share our knowledge and experience to help you make informed choices and take positive steps for your health and confidence.

Each evening focuses on empowering women to take charge of their oral and overall health through knowledge and confidence.
Perimenopause – Tuesday 25th November at 6:30pm
Learn about oral health issues linked to hormonal changes — including dry mouth, periodontal disease, bleeding gums, tooth wear, and skin concerns. We’ll also cover HRT and overall well-being.
Pregnancy – Thursday 11th December at 6:30pm
Discover how to prepare for pregnancy by getting dentally fit. We’ll discuss oral health risks during pregnancy (like increased decay from sickness), safe skin care, and what treatments to avoid such as teeth whitening or facial aesthetics.
Young Women (Ages 13–23) – Tuesday 20th January at 6:30pm
Focusing on self-care for teens and young adults — from skincare routines and managing acne to preventing long-term oral health issues caused by diet and sugary drinks.
